Marielle dropped an "F" Bomb!
In fact, she's dropped several, and Dad has heard all about it each time. That's right. I am to blame. My brother may have taught her to pick her nose, but I own the F Bomb. In telling this story, I am admitting that I use the F Bomb. Strictly as a modifier of course. Geoff (yes, I'm outing you on this) and I are always joking about how our use of this word sounds perfectly acceptable when we speak, but when we overhear someone else use it, we are totally repulsed. ;) Actually, we're pretty sure others think it sounds pretty tacky coming from us too. We've both been trying to curb it; he's been more successful than I, which is evidenced by the fact that his son is not dropping F Bombs.
So yes, she did use it as a modifier, which definitely points to me as the culprit. Again she was playing with her Little People barn. I think she was trying to open the front door and put her people inside. She was having a hard time with the door. Finally, she got the door open, and she started sending them all into the barn. She was super excited about her success. She announced, "I do it!!!" Followed by, "I f'ing do it!!!" Holy crap, there it was. We both froze, and Viv glared at me. We didn't know what to do. We didn't want to make too big a deal about it so she wouldn't realize how much attention said phrase could receive. Then she said it again. Aahh. At this point one of us stepped up and corrected her; asking her to say, "I am doing it." This seems to have worked ... for the most part. She's said it again a few times since then. My Mom had the pleasure of hearing it the other day when they were waiting for me in her car after work. Marielle was locking and unlocking the car doors and announced, "I'm pushing the f'ing button." Great.
Needless to say, I'm in trouble, and watching my language.

Geoff and I are rolling right now. We can just hear her little voice saying it!
That is hilarious, terrible, but still hilarious. I think you should get it on video and edit it into her wedding video or something. But keep it on lock down until then and never speak of it. Miss you guys!
That is f'ing hilarious.
I love f'ing adjectives! The door lock part had me on the floor! Way to go Marc! Guess that mean I'll have to watch my mouth around work now, huh??
i believe that, that is the only possible time were the "F" word is adorably cute
