My Girls at Chautauqua

Here are a few more photos of Vivian looking great and Marielle hammin' it up. We went up to Chautauqua Park in Boulder twice in the last week. In both cases we took advantage of the great landscape and captured some great photos.

Marielle really enjoyed scaling some of the smaller boulders along the trail. In one instance, Viv had to catch Marielle as she lost her balance on one of the bigger rocks. What an all-star. It was incredibly hot, so the outing didn't last long.

We then cooled off with some Ben & Jerry's ice cream. I've been relieved to find that Marielle has acquired a taste for ice cream. A few months ago, she wanted nothing to do with it. I had joked that she couldn't be my daughter ;)
