Yes, Sophie has found that Oma's house rules are a little less strict about dogs on the furniture. I'm OK with it as long as Sophie realizes that the same is not true at our house. Thus far, our couch and beds seem to have remained fur free.
My Mom said that before she grabbed the camera, Marielle had been snuggling with Sophie and had her arm draped over her. Too cute. I found it reminiscent of this photo taken shortly after we brought Sophie home:

I kid, I kid. Most days, she's just game to take the nap, and other days, she skips it. There are, however, some days that she needs it and I sometimes have to pull out the time-out card in order to make it happen.
I often tell her that one day she'll look back and miss the naps.
