Daddy's Girl

Just as a single Venti Caramel Machiatto costs as much as a half pound of ground coffee, at Starbucks, a kid-sized whole milk costs as much as a half gallon of milk. That, however, has not stopped me from enjoying a Starbucks' beverage with my daughter on some occasions. On Friday, I took Marielle to get some lab work done. I was in awe of how much blood they had to draw. The technicians were a bit shocked as well. On the whole, Marielle took it about as well as a toddler could be expected, and it helped that the technician was a total pro. Afterwards, we stopped at Starbucks for drinks and a cookie.

That's kind of like how Lisa takes Nathan to the USO when she gets coffee and he seems to walk away with a smoothie a lot of the time! However, the Japanese girls at the USO usually give it to him for free. The Starbucks bitches never give him anything for free ;)

Vivian will not be pleased that you dropped the "b" word. This warrants the following disclaimer:

I don't think she'll mind...especially since she uses it in every other sentance :)

First of all, I do not use the word every other sentence. Second, when I do use the word I pronounce it slightly differently which completely changes the connotation. Third, I don't really have a third point I just wanted to say third.
